We only spent an afternoon walking through parts of the Medina and did not get very far since there is so much to see. It was a good opportunity to spend time with teammates and also learn more about the culture of Morocco. The Medina is a labyrinth of small streets that go on for miles. We stayed with a sweet couple who host visitors and have lived in Marrakech for 18 years. They say they still go to the Medina and get lost and discover new places due to its vastness.
